Imperial Residential Holdings focus is on acquiring foreclosed homes at trustee sales in the most distressed markets in the United States. Their current Arizona Opportunity Fund focuses on acquiring foreclosed Single Family Residencies at Trustee Sales in the Phoenix metropolitan area (Maricopa County). They have recently opened offices in Tucson and Atlanta.
The Company and its partners are on pace to become one of the largest single-family residential landlord in Maricopa County. Imperial Residential Holdings has taken possession of over 600 distressed homes that have been purchased with an average of a 68% discount below previous outstanding bad debt. The Company has collectively transacted in excess of $45 million since its inception, in August 2010.
